We want every guest to have a seamless, comfortable, and memorable stay. Please review the following important information and house rules for all Be Our Guest Hosting Co. properties.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in or late check-out may be available—please ask in advance!
Are pets allowed?
Many of our properties are pet-friendly, but please confirm before booking. All pets must be approved in advance, and additional cleaning fees may apply.
What are your quiet hours and noise policies?
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially outdoors.
What is expected at check-out?
Please remove all trash, load and start the dishwasher, and leave used towels in the bathroom. Lock all doors and windows before departing. A full list of check-out instructions is provided at each property.
General House Rules
- No smoking or vaping indoors at any property.
- No parties or events without prior approval.
- Registered guests only unless otherwise approved.
- Respect the property and report any damages immediately.
- Supervise children at all times, especially near water, fireplaces, or decks.
- Follow posted guidelines for fireplaces, fire pits, and grills.
- Observe all parking instructions and do not block driveways or roads.
