Property Walkthrough & Assessment
We visit your property (virtually or in-person) to assess its unique features, safety, and guest-readiness. We’ll discuss recommendations for maximizing appeal and revenue.
Step 3
Onboarding & Agreement
We’ll review our cohosting agreement, clarify services and fees, and answer any remaining questions. Once signed, we begin the onboarding process.
Step 4
Preparation & Listing
Our team coordinates cleaning, staging, photography, and safety inspections. We craft a compelling listing and optimize it for all major platforms and direct booking.
Step 5
Go Live & Guest Experience
Your property launches! We handle guest inquiries, bookings, and provide a seamless guest experience—while you enjoy peace of mind and regular updates.
